Cancellation & Returns

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Call +90 537 441 62 24 or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Card payments are refunded to the same card; depending on your bank, it may take 2–10 business days to appear in your account.

You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving a reason. Send your request by e-mail (info@olbaoliveoil.com) or WhatsApp and we'll give you the return address and shipping details.

Important: Olive oil is a food product. By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply for hygiene reasons to products whose packaging has been opened or whose seal/cap has been broken. Returned products must be unopened, undamaged and in resaleable condition.

If your parcel arrived damaged, the product is leaking, or you received something other than what you ordered, let us know with photos within 3 days of delivery. We will replace the product free of charge or refund it; in this case return shipping is on us.

If the parcel is visibly damaged, we recommend having a damage report made with the courier before accepting it.

1. Send your return request together with your order number.
2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it using the details we send you.
3. Once the product reaches us and has been checked, the refund is initiated.
4. The price is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest.

For withdrawal returns (flawless product, unopened packaging), return shipping is paid by the buyer; for damaged/wrong product returns, it is paid by us.

For international orders, return shipping and any customs charges are paid by the buyer, except for damaged or wrong products. For a damaged or wrong product, contact us first with photos; in most cases we will send a replacement or issue a refund without you needing to send the product back.
