BUYER: The consumer who provides their name, delivery address, phone number and e-mail address in the order form. The BUYER confirms that the information provided is accurate and up to date.

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER on the https://olbaoliveoil.com website, whose characteristics and sale price are shown in the order summary.

The type, quantity, brand/model and sale price (including VAT) of the products are shown on the product page and in the order summary at the time of ordering. Advertised prices remain valid until updated or changed; prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of that period.

Shipping: within Turkey, shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL or more. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is paid by the BUYER and shown separately in the order summary.

Payment is made using the methods offered on the site (credit/debit card, or bank transfer agreed between the parties via WhatsApp). For card payments, card details are neither seen nor stored by the SELLER; payment is processed securely through a licensed payment institution.

Products are delivered to the address given by the BUYER in the order form through a contracted courier. Orders placed and confirmed before 14:00 (Turkish time) are dispatched the same business day. Delivery time depends on the courier's schedule for the region and in any case does not exceed the statutory maximum of 30 days.

The BUYER is responsible for products that cannot be delivered because the BUYER is absent or the address is incorrect. If the parcel is visibly damaged, it should not be accepted and a damage report should be made with the courier.

For deliveries outside Turkey, the shipping cost is shown in the order summary according to the region of the country selected by the BUYER, or communicated to the BUYER in writing after the order.

Any customs duties, import taxes and similar charges in the destination country are paid by the BUYER. Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and the courier in the destination country.

Some countries may restrict the import of food products; the BUYER is responsible for complying with the import rules of the destination country.

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty. Notice of withdrawal must be sent before the period ends, by e-mail to info@olbaoliveoil.com or in writing to +90 537 441 62 24.

Exception: Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products whose packaging, tape or seal has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons. Opened olive oil products therefore cannot be returned; unopened, undamaged products can.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product is sent back to the SELLER within 10 days. The SELLER refunds the price within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, using the BUYER's original payment method. Details are on the Cancellation & Returns page.

If a defect such as damaged packaging, leakage, a wrong product or spoilage is found, the BUYER notifies the SELLER within a reasonable time after delivery. The SELLER replaces the defective product free of charge or refunds its price; return shipping is paid by the SELLER.

By using the site and confirming the order, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood and accepted this agreement and the Pre-Contractual Information. The agreement is concluded when the BUYER confirms the order; the SELLER sends the order confirmation to the BUYER by e-mail or WhatsApp.

Disputes arising from this agreement are handled by the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence or the SELLER's location, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade. Turkish law applies to BUYERS outside Turkey.

The seller's identity, product characteristics, price, payment and delivery information, the right of withdrawal and its exceptions, and complaint/application channels set out above have been provided to the BUYER before the order, pursuant to Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. By confirming at the payment step, the BUYER accepts this information and the agreement.
