Personal Data Notice (KVKK)

This English version is provided for convenience. The agreement is governed by Turkish law; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish original prevails.

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), as data controller we inform you here of the purposes for which and how we process your personal data, and of your rights.

2. Personal Data Processed

  • Identity and contact: name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address, country
  • Order and transaction: order contents, amount, order number, payment status (card details are neither seen nor stored by us; they are processed by the payment institution)
  • Contact form: the message and contact details you send
  • Technical: IP address, browser/device type, pages visited (for anonymous statistics)

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Receiving orders, collecting payment, delivering products and invoicing
  • Contacting you about order status, delivery and returns
  • Answering your questions and requests
  • Complying with legal obligations (tax, consumer law, customs, etc.)
  • Keeping the site secure and improving it with anonymous usage statistics

4. Legal Basis and Method of Collection

Your data is collected electronically through the order and contact forms and processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: "establishment or performance of a contract", "compliance with the data controller's legal obligations" and "legitimate interest".

5. Transfer of Data

Your personal data is shared only with the following parties, and only as far as the service requires:

  • The contracted courier for delivery (name, address, phone); for international shipments, the international courier and customs authorities
  • A licensed payment institution for payment processing
  • An e-mail service provider for sending order and contact e-mails
  • A hosting/infrastructure provider for the website (Vercel)
  • Competent public authorities where legally required

Your data is never sold to third parties for advertising or marketing.

6. Retention Period

Order and invoice data is kept for 10 years as required by tax law; contact form messages are kept for up to 2 years after the request is resolved. At the end of these periods the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

By applying to us, you may:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • Know the third parties to whom it is transferred
  • Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
  • Request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK
  • Object to processing and claim compensation if you suffer damage
